Mr. Blackmell, is a music artist born in New Haven, CT, and raised in Atlanta, Ga where he currently resides. His music is a diverse and eclectic blend of R&B, Hip Hop and the sound that has become synonymous with the south. Since early age Mr. Blackmell has had a love and passion for music. Growing up he was heavily inspired by Hip Hop, R&B, Atl Bass as well Gansta /Trap music. He transitioned from avid listener to artist in the early 2000’s. Although he has went through many obstacles on his journey, he has been actively pursuing his music ever since. Mr. Blackmell has collaborated with artists such as Klamity Jane, Koncrete, TCP (The Crowd Pleasers), Lil Will, and Killer Mike just to name a few; and producers such as DJ Taz, DJ Cutmaster Swiff, Drum Major and many others to craft his sound. While being an active member of the Atlanta dance scene, Mr. Blackmell is continuously inspired to create music that all can dance and relate to.
